For those who make it onto the 2026 Halloween Lights Tour, there are voting categories your houses are eligible to win in! This will ensure a variety of homes have a chance to be recognized in all their festive glory. Here is what you're competing for:

🥇 1st Place Overall Winner
🥈 2nd Place Overall Winner
🎃 Most Creative
🎃 Most Creative, Runner-up
💀 Spookiest
💀 Spookiest, Runner-up
🧙‍♀️ Best Interactive Display
🧙‍♀️ Best Interactive Display, Runner-up

Trophies & prizes will be awarded to all 8 of the winners listed above and believe us when we tell you – they are EPIC. This is a milestone year (5th Annual!), and we are AMPING UP the celebration.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Houses cannot win more than one category, including Overall. For example, if a house has the most votes for first place in Overall and Most Creative, they will only be awarded Overall.
  • Homeowners do not need to register for a category; tour-goers will decide which homes to vote for in each category. Every house will be listed under each category.

By submitting a photo of your property's outdoor decor, you give all photo rights to Visit Pleasant Prairie. If chosen to participate in the tour (which enters you into the chance to win one of the eight EPIC prize packages!), the Pleasant Prairie address you submit will be publicly shared on the tour map so others can enjoy your amazing decorations. The tour ends after October 31st. You must keep your decor up until November 1st.
