Will to Wander

There's so much to see and do within our Village borders, however, for those with extra time to spare, we also recommend visiting our neighbors.

Mars Cheese Castle

Okay, it may not actually be a castle made of cheese, but it is a building built as a shrine to one of Wisconsin’s most famous staples. Even with an astounding 700 varieties of cheese, at Mars Cheese Castle, cheese is just the beginning. Inside you’ll find a wide selection of sausages, deli items, original baked goods, and more. There’s even a restaurant and bar serving up Wisconsin favorites. And don’t forget to stop by the gift shop area for a decidedly cheesy souvenir. Oh, and if you’re wondering about our state’s second most famous staple, you can also grab a six pack from one of over a hundred breweries.

Experience Farms

In addition to finding your own farm fresh favorites, our family-friendly farms are also filled with fun, year-round. From bouncy bounce pillows to amazing mazes and more, whether you come to pick or play, you’re sure to have a fantastic time at our fabulous farms.

Bristol Renaissance Faire

Believe it or not, the number one renaissance faire in the U.S. takes place just a few minutes from our hotels. Every summer, this 30-acre venue transforms into Bristol, England just as it was in the late 1500’s. Leave modern day stresses behind and experience era-accurate comedy acts, acrobats, daredevils, puppeteers, belly dancers, magicians, music, games, food, beer, artisan vendors, and more.

Six Flags Great America

Experience the Midwest’s destination for thrilling rides, exhilarating arcade games, and just all-around family fun. At less than a 20-minute drive from Pleasant Prairie, Six Flags Great America is a perfect excursion if you’re looking for things to do with kids. Or even if you’re a bit of a kid yourself.
